The Go Cardiff programme comprises of two areas to help people build skills and confidence required for employment.
The first area concentrating on key skills;
- Confidence building
- Motivational training
- Teamwork
- Time management
- Basic skills support provided where identified
For individuals who are interested in working with children we will also offer:
- Parenting skills
- Childcare and play skills
The second area is for people interested in qualifications. We offer:
- First Aid training
- Health and Safety
- Child Protection
- Promoting and Supporting Positive Relationships in a Play Environment
- Steps (Steps to Excellence for Personal Success- Pacific Institute)
- CACHE Level 2 Award in Play work (a nationally accredited qualification)
