Who We Are
I go to the Be You Group every Wednesday between 4pm and 7pm. It's a place where people come to relax and be themselves.
I've been coming here for a month and I would go as far as saying it's changed my life. Everytime I've come here there is something else going on; one week there was a group making a video about their disabilities and it really made me realise a lot of things. I'm now respecting a lot of things in my life and I'm grateful for the things I learn and for the things which I already know.
It is somewhere to go if you need time to think, to have a chat or maybe a free cup of tea and biscuits!
The staff here are very polite, very funny and good to talk to. So if you feel you need somewhere to go or someone to talk to come along.
You can also learn skills in music, computers, Photoshop, art, writing...
