Globallove: What Do You Want For Xmas?
As the (so called) summer leaves us and autumn comes in, it seems we instantly jump a few months to thinking about the little perk we get within the usual rain and greyness of the winter... Christmas! This is usually the time when all the older people start arranging their office parties and we hear about the doom of Black Friday.
But...
We here at GlobalLove Youth Trust were wondering what the young people of Cardiff want to do when they either break up from school, finish college/university or like the rest of the older people, get ready for their work parties (if they join the thousands who try desperately to get a job to pay for whatever they can as gifts for their loved ones).
We would like to offer an event that young people want. We have a group of young people who would like to put on an event, plus hopefully more who would like to help them. However we also want to know what the masses would like to do; should we put on a Christmas dinner, a ball for all, or something else?
We will be booking something in two weeks so let us know what you think we should do on our Facebook question.

Ball for all! Ball for all! It would be amazing! You could have a mix of modern, swing, rat pack, ballroom music. It would be awesome!

Yea, I reckon a ball too :)
Though seen as I don't stop over the Christmas period I end up missing most things!

Hi GUys, unfortunately we had a very small reply to the event question so instead the young people involved will be creating Christmas cards to sell to raise money for our Ghana 2012 project. Thanks for your comments though :-D
