I cry for you,
I wish I could save you,
Maybe someday I will be able to,
I wish with every heartbeat I have,
I could protect you from harm,
I let my defences cover you,
But I understand,
All you want is love,
The one you want just hurts you,
You keep hoping she's changed,
But honey everyone knows she hasn't,
You keep taking her back,
Let the love back in your heart,
Let your guard down,
And there she is,
Just about to destroy you again,
Even in the short time I've known you,
I can't take the pain,
My dear friend,
Your heart break calls out to me,
Your heartache is entwined with mine,
Let her go,
Let the pain wash away,
I'll be there to hold your hand,
To hug you, to hold you as you cry,
My dear, my darling why?

Exactly, i made this poem because my one friend keeps going back to somone even though she's cheated and hurts him everytime. . .i dont know what to do with him >
