Sherman Cymru is looking for an interesting space for the third week of Cardiff performances of Philip Ralph’s The One Eyed Man Project.

The One Eyed Man Project is an intimate improvised one man show, which will be performed throughout May and June in Cardiff.

The space needs:

to accommodate 8-15 people, preferably on ground level or accessible to a lift
to be available 22 -24 June from 6–10 pm
to be located in the city of Cardiff (not outskirts)
Maybe you have a large living room or a large kitchen? Or even a garage? Or just a free large space, if so, contact us.

Anyway I came on to say that I went to the Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition in the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff yesterday and you should pop down for a nosey, it's quite good and it's free. Runs until June 26th

How's this for a new feature: Flick Flak mini! Just seen the Hangover 2 but don't have time to write a feature review so: it's more of the same as the first, but lacking that vital surprise factor. When the first film arrived we didn't know the characters, that they would say bizarre things and be faced with surprising cameos. Now we know the characters, and they are still likable, but the film now has to rely on the absurd situations they get into, and this doesn't work so well. Still very crude and gross in places, the film gets a few chuckles for the characters' reactions, but largely I didn't find it anything like as funny as the first, and in general the audience didn't make a whole lot of noise for it.

I have a suggestion: I don't know how easy it is, but is there any chance the comments could appear so that the most recent are displayed at the top? Because on this wall especially, as time goes on it's going to take a fair amount of scrolling to reach the recent stuff! I know it's not a massie issue but if it's easy to change it might be handy!

I think the building itself doesn't look that bad, I'd agree with the person who called it a 'missed opportunity' though- I really like a decent, interesting bit of architecture and that's nothing like it. However my real issue is with where it's going to be! On that nice bit of park in front of Cineworld!? What at the moment is an open, airy, bright area where people sunbathe and stuff, is going to be really dark and cramped and overshadowed. The owners of the Italian restaurant on the corner must be annoyed too, at the moment thats a nice place to sit and eat.

well 1.7.3 is out and is better (obviously) than ever to minecraft its smoother gameplay and better animals like the wolf. i will add more posts as it gets more updates.

My favourite sport is football I play for a team we are top of the league I play for Caerau Ely fc. I play in defence. I love football it is my hobby and I play with my friend’s .I play on Saturday and I train on Thursday. Kids you should play football. :)

Messi is the best football player in the world. :)

@emb789 - Lol, yeah, she probably is. I remember you too. I'm not sure if I'll be writing anything. Now I'm older, I tend to write less child friendly stuff so I'm not sure whether I'm going to post anything on this website. I tend to post on other websites. I'll write some though, I've got a few ideas that are pretty cool.

I went to see breaking dawn on saturday and it was amazing. It's full of action and romance and quite funny in parts, a really good teen movie. Can't wait for Part 2.. :D

The riot in Egypt happened during a game between Egyptian sides Al Ahli. (one of the country's most successful clubs.) Also Al-Masry.

Ahli player Mohamed Abo Treika was one of the players to compromise the violence to "war" as Masry fans invaded the pitch after the referee blew the whistle to a 3-1 win.

"This is not football. This is a war and people are dying in front of us. There is no movement and no security and no ambulances," Shouted out Abo Treika when the Masry fans violated the football pitch. 73 People died and thousands were injured.

OK if you see an image online that is free (i.e. it's not copyrighted like the Nike logo or a picture taken by a newspaper etc.) and/or used widely (like the cover of an album or a film poster) then if you right click on it you'll see in the menu the option of "copy image URL". Paste it here or in an email innit.

There is a writting competition to do with writting. You can write a story on anything as long as it it around 500 words. if you win 3rd 2nd or 1st place you get a load of books... REALLY COOL!!! The competition is called 500 words. Hope you take part!

What I really want!

I really want to write for a newspaper or become a journalist. That is mainly why I joined 'thesprout'.
Although I am quite young, I really want to practise. I know most of the rules eg
Don't insult people
Only tell the truth etc

Quidditch

There's a new sport being played in Britain: Quidditch, the fictional ball game from the Harry Potter books.

To play the game, opposing teams of seven have to put ‘quaffles’ into hoops while avoiding dodgeballs known as ‘bludgers’. The flying ‘snitch’ is played by a neutral player dressed in yellow with a tennis ball in their waistband. In the absence of flying broomsticks, players have to run around with sticks or brooms between their legs.

Phobias

I was reading up the other day about phobias, right so phobias are when you are really scared of something and cant bare to be anywhere near them. I myself have a phobia of spiders and crabs, but in between the middle with a sort of phobia of small spaces and being hated. I gathered up information that one of the most common phobia is arachnophobia which is a phobia of spiders (I'm really scared of them! :( ). I was just wondering what phobias do you have?

Are video games good for you?

Video games are said to be the best way to pass time, but then so is a really enjoyable book. Anyway my point is are video games good for you?
No they are not.
But it is proven that it could cure some illnesses, for example...
A good game of Sonic could cure a bad stomach, simply because it takes your mind off it.
But if you play video games all the time, you could get un healthy and lazy.
Would you rather being un healthy and sickness often, or healthy and very active? I know which one I would rather.
