I don’t need a voice to ask the world’s attention
and I don’t need my vision to see no one respond.
I don’t have glitz, fashion or chic
I don’t have a private tutor
I don’t have glamour, a stage, a show
But does that mean I should waste away;
wishing I had been acting, singing, dancing?
You are a shadow- shady, forgotten
surely if you do not boisterously propel yourself
in the front row.
No, I can not sing. Dance? Not well.
Acting however, is it rated on money?
On who likes you?
Who sees you?
All three seem to be entwined like a poisonous branch,
Should you give up that dream,
of succeeding in one?
Or stick it out, and hope for more?
It’s a hard business, heck- I’m sure.
But it won’t destroy a performer’s heart.
If you truly are one at heart.
I might not be one- but you may,
So continue if you wish...
I’ll just say, better you than me.

Great Poem Sambow I Think You Should Pursue A Career Poetry If You Really Dont Want To Be An Actress Cause You Are Really Good.

ha ha! I guess I dont, huh?
Thanks for the comment but I'll leave acting and singing and all that to people who are more likely to get chosen for a career in it, I don't think I've got the stomach to swallow every sour so and so who get's the part because daddy bought it for them. However, there is geniune talent out there and they deserve to perservere for that reason and get the job or part because they've worked so hard for it. Drama's fun and all but I'm not that comitted to it.
Good luck in drama next year though, I'm sure your gonna be great 'cause you're really good at it too!! :D
