Last month an important new website was launched into the murky seas of the internet.
CAB or Cardiff Against Bullying have a new website to provide you with information, advice and support in case you or someone you know are being bullied.
Sometimes, if you are on the receiving end of bullying, it can be hard to know where to turn. Now there is this site to provide you with free, confidential advice on how to deal with the problem.
But even if you are not being bullied the website is worth a look as it has advice on how to help other people if they are suffering.
With links to other anti-bullying websites , phone numbers for organisations that can help and even a section for parents to help them help you, www.cardiffagainstbullying.co.uk should be your first port of call if you find yourself on the receiving end of discrimination and bullying, no matter where or when it occurs.
More info on other organisations that can help you with issues regading health and wellbeing can be found in our directory by clicking here.
