TheSprout Awards 2011: Voting Starts This Weekend

That’s a firework by the way. A firework that signifies that voting is about to start. Voting for what? Why theSprout Awards 2011 of course.
Yes with a little under three weeks to the ceremony (Thursday 31st March, need I remind you) the virtual voting booth is opening soon for you to flex your democratic muscle. No musty church halls for us! Just click here sometime over the weekend and take your pick from the finest writing the sproutiverse has to offer. Can’t make your mind up? Well all the nominations that will be listed link to the corresponding articles, so you can click, read, enjoy and vote!
And who doesn’t love voting? Pipe down Gaddafi, this doesn’t concern you. We’re even handing over the music to you guys, use the comment section below to post what tracks you’d like to hear before and after the awards and we’ll whack them in on our Sproutify playlist.
The Gist
Where - Y Fuwch Goch (Womanby Street, opposite Clwb Ifor Bach - Google Map)
When - Thursday 31st March
Time - Doors 6.30pm, Start 7pm (Get there early to nab free stuff)
Cost - Free
Why - The glory and the prizes. Oh and we’ve got some comedy sorted for the night (as well as some grub), the tremendous Taylor Glenn, the loopy Ludus Ludius Youth Group and the rib-tickling Robin Morgan.
