You Lost The Game
Always blaming me when things go wrong,
Making me feel like the odd one,
Chasing me to and from,
Claiming I've always been the bad one,
Even when I've done no wrong,
Picked up the pieces and started afresh
I'm still treated as a pest,
Tied down on a leash,
Watched at all times,
Just wanting to be unleashed,
One day you will have to let me go,
Forget the past and let me grow,
Start a new life, so clean and new,
Them and me, it's all so through,
Fed up of the lies you fed,
All the times you tried to lead,
I'm not falling for your game,
No longer being the silent pain,
I'll shout and scream,
Until you listen,
I'm the heartache, the pain only quickens,
Never thinking,
Always blinking,
When will they stop the clinking,
Your key won't work to unlock my mind,
I'm getting away from your shifting blame game,
As this life has become too lame,
Tonight with my death who will you blame?
The alcohol poured I light the flame,
And burning the house,
Down everything will fall.
