C-Card Scheme
The C-Card scheme provides free, quick, easy and confidential access to condoms as well as advice and help on sexual health and relationships for young people aged 13-25. The C-Card scheme gives young people the chance to explore sexual issues, raise questions in a confidential environment and gain information about sexual health services. Information leaflets are also available. In order to obtain a C-Card a young person must first attend an initial consultation with a trained youth or community worker. Once the consultation has been completed a C-Card, supply of condoms and sexual health information will be issued. Condoms will be issued in an appropriate environment, ensuring privacy and client confidentiality.

We also provide a service for looked after young people or young people requiring support. For details email as above or visit your local youth centre.
Additional information
The disabled access will be dependant on which c-card scheme location young people are visiting; some may be more accessible than others. Welsh and english are spoken at Glan Taf Youth Centre.
