We provide free internet access at 19 service points. All Cardiff libraries provide information relevant to all aspects and all stages of life. Central Library has the largest Reference collection including college prospectuses, gap-year and travelling, and grants information. Central Library has a music department with a large collection of recorded music of all kinds, list of music tutors and what's on locally. Local musicians are given the chance to perform in the piano area on Floor 3 Saturday lunch time. The piano can be booked at any time and played with headphones! All libraries stock newspapers and magazines. Central Library has information and newspapers in a variety of community languages spoken in Cardiff. Some libraries hold reading groups, story times, rhyme times and events for children. And of course we lend books, CDs, DVDs, videos and talking books.
