Fairbridge De Cymru
For our young people, realising your potential starts with realising you have it. To achieve that requires two things: someone to tell you that you have ability and an opportunity to prove it to yourself and to others. We aim to give young people the motivation, confidence and skills they need to change their own lives. We succeed in motivating young people who have switched off to formal learning. We give them the opportunity to do the sort of activities they enjoy. Our skill is in facilitating these activities to enable young people to develop a belief in their own potential. Every programme is tailored to meet individual needs and lasts for as long as a young person needs support, be that three weeks or one year.
