Home-Start Ely and Caerau

We provide home-visiting volunteers, usually parents themselves, to families with at least one child under 5 years who may be experiencing difficulties in their lives. The volunteers support the families on a weekly basis and offer friendship and practical and emotional assistance. They can also help parents to access local services and amenities, therefore helping to reduce isolation and loneliness.
